BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Quick advancement of technology, rising risks, globalization, and expectations for privatization are among the environmental characteristics that current organizations are facing. To be successful in this setting, Lean human resources provide a competitive advantage, which its implementation results in the continuous removal of wastes (obstacles) and the high-quality and low-cost providing of services. Therefore, the objective of the current study is to Evaluation of Lean human resource Management model in the Islamic Council of Tehran. Tehran’, s City Council as a service organization must reform the structure of Human Resource to increase the skills of employee, so this study aimed to changing the approach of Human Resource Management to Lean and increasing the productivity. METHODS: The present study uses a quantitative approach. This article has a “, descriptivecorrelational”, methodology of the type of “, analysis of variance-covariance matrix”, . In other words, the relationship between variables is analyzed based on the purpose of the research. The survey was carried out in the form of a desk and field research. The research model was extracted via analysis and interpretation of the interviews with the experts of the Islamic City Council of Tehran by employing the thematic analysis method and four rounds of the Delphi technique. Eventually, the measurement model and the structural model to assess the relationships between variables, as well as confirm the developed model, were examined utilizing the data gained from the Islamic City Council of Tehran. FINDINGS: On the basis of the findings achieved from the structural equation modeling, the items “, Performance Appraisal”,with a factor loading of 0. 89, “, Employment”,with a factor loading of 0. 91, “, Improvement”,with a factor loading of 0. 77, “, Remuneration”,with a factor loading of 0. 87, “, Supply”,with a factor loading of 0. 92, “, Compensation System (Benefits and Rewards)”,with a factor loading of 0. 84, “, Flow”,with a factor loading of 0. 76, “, Relationships”,with a factor loading of 0. 79, and “, Maintenance”,with a factor loading of 0. 86 explain the latent variable of the “, Lean human resource Management model in the Islamic City Council of Tehran”, . CONCLUSION: Results of this investigation have presented a comprehensive model for the evaluation of the Lean human resources Management in Tehran’, s City Council that could be exploited by industrialists and scholars. The novelty and originality of the Lean human resource Management model has not been designed and localized for Tehran’, s City Council up to now. Therefore, this research enhances the existing knowledge about Lean human resource Management.

THERE ARE VARIOUS METHODS FOR MANAGING AND IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES, ONE OF THEM IS Lean APPROACH. Lean APPROACH IMPROVE PROCESSES BY IDENTIFYING AND ELIMINATING WASTE WITHIN PROCESSES AND THESE WORK ARE IMPLEMENTED BY SOME TOOLS SUCH AS VALUE STREAM MAP AND FUTURE STATE PLAN. چکیده: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Lean manufacturing plays a fundamental role in improving processes and aims to reduce waste and eliminate any worthless activity. Presence in the competitive market has also forced companies to fulfill their customers’ demands as much as possible and at the lowest possible price. Therefore, companies have tried to develop new solutions to improve the quality of the supply chain and reduce their operating costs. The purpose of this study is supply chain Management with Lean manufacturing in manufacturing industries. The research method is analytical-applied. The findings showed that supply chain Management and Lean manufacturing in manufacturing industries can be combined with each other and complement beneficial effects of each other. The results show that supply chain Management improves flow, reduces changes and reduces the need for inventory and confidence capacity, and Lean manufacturing makes manufacturing industries more flexible and profitable, and integrating Lean manufacturing and supply chain Management has led manufacturing industries to better profitability and flexibility.

Design process, due to its information-and innovation-intensive nature, is highly susceptible to change and thus, waste. This attracted the attention of Lean design/construction professionals in the past few years. However, limited, if any, researches have addressed this issue from the human behavior perspective. This research proposes a method that exploits the potential of the Last Planner® System (LPS) in design Management. The main contribution of this paper is improving the applicability of the LPS to design processes by incorporating a gami ed pay-for-performance system into the normal practice of the LPS. It encourages motivating design engineers by granting them singlepoint, autonomous responsibility to perform their tasks. To this end, the proposed method shifts the focus of design managers away from predicting the work ow and chronologies of design tasks to motivate design engineers to eliminate non-value-adding works/time. To bolster the concept and examine the method, it was put into practice by construction design teams. Findings corroborate the e ciency of the method in eliminating the nonvalue-adding works from design processes. The ndings are of practical value to consulting rms, especially design team managers who seek to maximize innovation, competency, and quality outcome.

Inventory Management plays a vital role in attaining the desired service level and prevents excess capital from being tied up in the form of dead stock. This paper presents a framework to effectively determine the items subject to obsolescence in an automotive spare parts warehouse. The inventory Management techniques are applied to minimize the costs and a framework is proposed based on ABC-XYZ and FSN analysis to prioritize the spare parts based on their criticality. Further, the importance of items in the warehouse is carried out to eliminate the dead stock. The ABC classification findings reveal that A-class items accounted for 10.39% and hold the highest inventory value grouping. XYZ classification concludes that much priority should be given to the Management of 52.7% of items under the Z category as the demand trend of these items is highly fluctuating. The N category items have no demand in recent times and need immediate attention, thereby preventing further unnecessary procurement. Thus, based on the ABC-XYZ and FSN analysis, the non-critical items, i.e., the non-moving items having fluctuating demand, are sorted out.

Aim: Lean is a set of operating philosophies and methods that help create maximum value for patients by reducing waste and waits. It emphasizes the consideration of the customer’ s needs, employee involvement, and continuous improvement. The aim of this study was of factors affecting Lean Management in public hospitals in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad and Bushehr provinces. Materials and Methods: This research was descriptive correlation study. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to understand the relationship between these factors and Lean implementation success. With using 60 questions questionnaire, the content validity of the method developed by the researchers and expert judgment and Cronbach’ s alpha and test– retest reliability of the method was investigated, and the opinions of 500 primary health‑ care practitioners were collected. Then, a two‑ stage exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling with the use of statistical software SPSS for Window 17. 0 software (SPSS Inc., lllinois, USA) (Leland Stanford Junior University) and AMOS 20 carried out to review and modify the conceptual model. Results: Exploratory factor analysis identified five factors of human, technology, Management, processes, and relational that explains 58. 5% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis also showed that among identified factors, technology factor with 0. 953 coefficient has greatest impact and Management factor with 0. 615 coefficient has the lowest impact on the pattern of Lean Management in public hospitals to improve the quality of services. Conclusions: The factors affecting the deployment of Lean Management in public hospitals and appropriate strategy for using the Lean Management to improve the delivery of primary health care and reduce waste. The results represent guidelines for using effective implementation of Lean Management to increase efficiency and ability to compete in the global market offers.
